Here at Laughing Lion Herbs, we work very hard to ensure that you are absolutely thrilled with each and every purchase! We want you to know that if you ever have any questions, issues, complaints, or concerns, we are here to listen! or anytime you feel that your order doesn't live up to our standards or your own standards, please contact us by phone or email (below) and we will issue you a store credit (excluding any shipping costs) for up to 30 days! We think of each and every customer as a member of our family--friends--individuals... who all have unique needs and concerns. We care deeply and we will always make it right!

SATISFACTION CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS OF PURCHASE AND DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS. WE WILL ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR THE ENTIRELY OF YOUR PRODUCT PURCHASE EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS... IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING THE STORE CREDIT WILL BE REDUCED BY OUR COST ON THE SHIPPING (usually around $10.50 for FedEx 2-day)

*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES TO PEOPLE WHO ABUSE OUR POLICY*  Kratom Is a natural product and has normal variance. We do our best to standardize our products but since it's not manufactured but harvested, there are going to be minor variations between batches, especially in the appearance.  Different times of year and harvest locations can affect the color/consistency but not the quality of the effects.

Note that we will only issue one store credit per original order. (Meaning if you get store credit and order something else and want credit on that order, it will not be given.)
