How To Reset: Resetting is not as complex or difficult as it seems. It does not have to be daunting at all!   1. One of the most important steps is making sure that you use a SCALE to measure your kratom, not a spoon or scoop. Any kitchen scale that can measure at least 0.1g accuracy is great.   2. Most people on Reddit and other forums state (incorrectly) that the best way is to perform a total and complete break from your kratom for weeks. When in fact, the most effective method we've ever seen by a long shot is a reduction method. This means that you cut your serving by a specified amount (usually 25-50%) and hold at the lowered amount for a few days. And when that serving size starts to work effectively, you know you've performed a good reset.
  3. Doing the reset works best with using a strain that you've not used recently and we recommend ordering a fresh and new strain from us you haven't used in some time or even a different color than you are normally taking.
  4. Cut your serving amount by at least 25-50%. The easiest way to calculate this is to think of what you used in the past. Ask yourself what worked great for you for the longest amount of time and bring yourself down to that old amount.
  5. Try to only use kratom 3x per day at the most (although 4 is not unheard of) for several days. Usually 3-5 days is all you need. During that time be consistent and don't give in to upping the amount.
