Shipping options and prices
Free shipping is USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated 3–5 day delivery window. It is available on eligible orders over $79, based on the order subtotal after discounts. Free shipping is not USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, choose an available paid option at checkout. Checkout shows the options and total charge for your destination and order. Shipping is limited to eligible destinations; contact us if no method appears.
Order processing and tracking
Orders paid before 2 PM Mountain Time are normally shipped the same business day, Monday–Friday. Exceptions include out-of-stock items, federal holidays, weather, emergencies and other closures. We do not normally ship on Saturdays. Orders paid after the cutoff may ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package and are separate from order-processing time. Carrier schedules, weekends, holidays and disruptions can affect arrival. Check your tracking information for the current delivery estimate.
We package and heat-seal kratom powder and capsule shipments in mylar bags. Tracking information is sent when your order is ready to ship. If your shipment is delayed, damaged, lost or incorrect, contact our team promptly; we will review the issue and replace product when necessary. We cannot speed up carrier delays.
We aim to use the shipping method selected at checkout. If the product size or quantity requires a different package or service, we may use an equal or faster method. See our terms and conditions.
Returns and exchanges
- Factory-sealed products: May be returned within 15 days of purchase. Store credit is issued after the package is received and inspected. The customer pays return shipping.
- Opened products: Cannot be returned or refunded. Store credit or replacement may be available; submit your request within 3 days of receiving the package.
