What Changed With Kratom Sales in Castle Rock?
In September 2026, Castle Rock passed a local ordinance prohibiting the retail sale of kratom products for human consumption within town limits. This is a Castle Rock retail restriction and does not prohibit adult residents from possessing kratom, purchasing it outside Castle Rock, or receiving lawful shipments from businesses outside the town.
