Looking for relief? Start with informed choices
Stress, poor sleep and persistent discomfort can affect daily life. You deserve practical information and appropriate care. Botanical products should not be presented as a substitute for diagnosing or treating pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia or other medical conditions.
Mindfulness and everyday routines
Some people find a regular wind-down routine and mindfulness practice useful. Our founder has shared personal experiences with guided meditation and the Calm app; these are individual experiences, not a promise of results. We do not have an affiliate relationship with Calm. Persistent symptoms deserve attention from a qualified healthcare professional.
What to know about kratom
Kratom is a Southeast Asian tree. Its leaf contains alkaloids including mitragynine that interact with opioid receptors. Researchers are studying its effects, but personal reports and traditional use do not establish a product as safe or effective medical treatment. We do not recommend kratom to treat a condition or replace prescribed medication.
Regular use can lead to dependence and withdrawal. Nausea, constipation, dizziness and drowsiness can occur. Rare serious adverse events have been reported in people using kratom; other substances and uncertain product composition can complicate those reports, without ruling out a contribution from kratom itself.
What to know about kava
Kava is a South Pacific plant with a long history of ceremonial beverage use. Traditional use does not make every preparation or pattern of use risk-free. Kava has been linked to rare, sometimes serious liver injury. Do not combine it with alcohol or other sedating substances.
Heavy or prolonged kava use can cause dry, scaly skin and eye redness. If skin or eye irritation develops, stop use and seek medical advice rather than continuing through the symptoms.
Make safety part of the decision
These products are for adults 21+. Follow your current package directions and discuss medications, health conditions and botanical use with a healthcare professional. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep products away from children. Batch testing is useful quality information, not a guarantee that a product is safe for you.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Website information does not replace medical advice.
